Cancellation Policy
The below are general terms and may be superseded by conditions specific to your reservation which will be informed to you at the time or processing the bookings. All cancellations must be made in writing via email to contact@ruhaniindia.com or via post at Ruhani India LLC, 12938, Griffin Circle, Clarksburg, MD 20871, by the person who made the booking and are effective on the day we receive it. As we incur substantial costs and losses on cancellation, we will apply the following cancellation charges:

Please note that any applicable penalties are in addition to the non-refundable components of your booking, which have been contracted on your behalf and previously communicated to you.
If we are able to recover any of these costs from our suppliers, we will refund the recovered amount to you, minus a reasonable administration fee.
Amendments:
We may need to make changes to the products or services we advertise occasionally, and we reserve the right to do so. In rare cases, adjustments may also be required after your booking has been confirmed.
If the change is minor, we will make every effort to inform you in advance, although we are not obligated to do so, and compensation may not be offered.
For more significant changes, such as a flight time change of more than 12 hours, a change in destination, or a downgrade in accommodation, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. In such cases, you will be given the option to:
a) Accept the revised arrangements
b) Choose an alternative holiday, or
c) Cancel your booking altogether.
